This role requires a deep understanding of IT solutions, strong communication skills, and a desire to drive business growth.&nbsp; A willingness to travel within the Tampa and surrounding area&nbsp;and a passion for connecting with people are key to succeeding in this role.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the managed IT services market within the DMV.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.</li><li>Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team to design customized managed IT service packages for clients.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.</li><li>Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.</li><li>Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction with services and addressing any concerns.</li><li>Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote our services and expand the company’s presence in the market.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of sales experience in the IT services or technology sector, with a focus on managed services preferred.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT solutions including cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and IT support.</li><li>Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, ConnectWise and HubSpot a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the Tampa and surrounding area.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>$55k base salary plus commission.
